It is awful that I am standing up and down all morning. I thank the Acting Chairman for her forbearance. I altered the Order of Business a short time ago but a difficulty has arisen and we will have to return to the time allocation of this morning's Order of Business. I propose statements on planning and related issues will finish at 1 p.m. and resume on another sitting.
