I have received notice from Senator Terry that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to report on the efforts made to date by his Department to identify and secure a more suitable location in Dublin 15 for the probation and welfare service.

I have also received notice from Senator Feighan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport to outline the plans in place to provide extra funding to Iarnród Éireann for the provision of new trains and carriages on the Dublin to Sligo and Dublin to Westport lines.

I have also received notice from Senator Browne of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to provide disabled parking permits for children with autism so their parents can park in disabled parking slots.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Terry and Feighan as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Browne, as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.

I am requesting any Senator who asks the Leader a question on the Order of Business to remain in the Chamber until the Leader has replied. I appreciate that in some cases this may not be possible due to committee meetings being held at the same time but, where possible, Senators should show this courtesy to the House and to the Leader.

Senators:

Hear, hear.
