I wish to propose an amendment to the Order of Business that the proceedings on Committee Stage of the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Bill 2004 shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion at 8.30 p.m. by one question which will be put from the Chair and which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down by the Government.
