With the agreement of the House I would like to amend the Order of Business. The Minister of State has agreed to stay in the House for a further 30 minutes until 1.30 p.m. I would propose sitting until 2 p.m. but those involved in this Bill will also be involved in Committee Stage of the National Monuments (Amendment) Bill, which is the next item ordered. It would be unfair not to give them a break so I ask the House that business be completed by 1.30 p.m. and that we resume at 2 p.m.

The Leader has made a generous intervention and the House should accept it.
