"That the Order of Seanad Éireann of 29th June 2004 concerning the referral of a proposal, that Seanad Éireann approves the following regulations in draft, to the Joint Committee on Agriculture and Food, is hereby rescinded:

Abattoirs Act, 1988 (Abattoirs Licences) (Transfer of Functions) Regulations 2004."
