I have received notice from Senator John Paul Phelan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline his Department's view with regard to St. Brigid's secondary school, Goresbridge, County Kilkenny and to outline the future of secondary education in the Goresbridge area.

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.

Before I call the Leader I want to draw Members' attention to the regulations governing the use of mobile phones in the Chamber. Mobile phones should be switched off in the Chamber. It is quite disturbing to proceedings when phones ring and it also causes problems for the official recordings. I am asking for Members' co-operation in this matter.
