On the Order of Business this morning I said the Local Government (No. 2) Bill would be taken today at 5 p.m. With the permission of the House, it will now be taken between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. The Minister has informed me he was due to travel to Limerick but is now available to take the Bill. If the debate concludes before 2 p.m., we can have a short sos.
