An Leas-Chathaoirleach:

I have received notice from Senator Tuffy that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

An Leas-Chathaoirleach:

The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make a statement on the Government's plans regarding the report of the commission on science, technology and innovation and, in particular, the strategy to be adopted on spending on research and development arising from the report.

An Leas-Chathaoirleach:

I regard the matter raised by the Senator as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
