Statements on the Convention on the Future of Europe: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the statements on the Convention on the Future of Europe, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 4.30 p.m. and shall be confined to a statement not exceeding 30 minutes by Mr. Proinsias De Rossa, MEP, Oireachtas representative to the Convention on the Future of Europe, a statement not exceeding five minutes from a spokesperson from each of the five groups and immediately following the statements Mr. De Rossa shall take questions from Members and the time allowed for each question shall not exceed one minute.
