Dáil Éireann has passed the following resolution:

That Dáil Éireann concurs with Seanad Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Dáil Éireann on 12 February 2003 that it is expedient that a Joint Committee of the Houses be appointed to consider The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Charters Amendment) Bill 2002.
