Bill entitled an Act to make further provision for the development of industry, trade and enterprise and for that purpose to establish a body to be known as Science Foundation Ireland, to designate functions, to amend the Industrial Development Acts 1986 to 1998, the Shannon Free Airport Development Company (Amendment) Act 1986 and to provide for related matters.
