I have received notice from Senator McHugh that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to outline the position of an application made by the Brownknowe national school, Ramelton, Letterkenny, for the building of a new national school.

I have also received notice from Senator Kitt of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Science to make a statement on his proposals for primary school buildings at architectural planning stage for the year 2003.

I have also received notice from Senator Quinn of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to consider legislation to make it impossible for any future Administration to reintroduce a passports for sale scheme except within a rigorous and transparent statutory framework.

I have also received notice from Senator Morrissey of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs to make a statement on the discussions, plans and financing that are taking place in relation to a pedestrian bridge over the canal at Coolmine level crossing.

I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and I have selected the matters raised by Senators McHugh, Kitt and Quinn to be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Morrissey may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
