I have received notice from Senator Morrissey that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health and Children to examine the security needs of nursing staff in psychiatric wards in our hospitals.

I have also received notice from Senator John Paul Phelan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources to outline the reason the broadband roll-out for the south eastern region has been delayed, despite assurances both before and after the general election that the 19 schemes already granted permission would be completed on schedule.

I have also received notice from Senator Paddy Burke of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Arts, Sports and Tourism to outline the up-to-date position regarding Castlebar swimming pool.

I regard the matter raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
