Surely we have eaten into that time. Will the rest of today's proceedings be ten minutes later than scheduled? I am asking for a ruling.

It is normal to begin Private Members' time at 6 o'clock. The resumption of Committee Stage of the digital hub Bill will be after 8 o'clock.
