I move amendment No. 6:

In page 10, between lines 10 and 11, to insert the following: "(2) A member of Garda personnel shall operate, or cause to be operated, a recording device where they are requested to do so by an individual with whom they are engaged in the course of their duties, except where the member reasonably believes that the making of a recording would be harmful to the individual or another member of the public.”.
