I move amendment No. 12:

In page 12, to delete lines 27 to 32 and substitute the following: “ “5A. (1) Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment, a person who receives an anonymous report made in the manner specified in section 6 shall accept such an anonymous report and if he or she considers it appropriate to do so, followup on a matter which is the subject of that anonymous report.”.
