I move amendment No. 11:

In page 12, to delete lines 27 to 32 and substitute the following: “ “5A. (1) Without prejudice to the provisions of any other enactment relating to anonymous reporting of wrongdoing, a person who receives an anonymous report of wrongdoing, made in a manner specified under section 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 shall be obliged to regard such a report as a protected disclosure described in section 5.”.
