I must point out that the note for the information of the Chair to rule amendments Nos. 4, 5, 7, 8, 113, 181, 182 and 187 out of order is that they would require the commission to regulate the use of algorithms, microtargeting and recommender systems. These additional responsibilities would potentially involve a significantly increased expenditure on the part of the media commission and they must be ruled out of order in accordance with Standing Order 41.
