I move amendment No. 1:

After “Public Business,”, to insert “(i) subject to the making of an Order for Committee Stage of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Bill 2018 [Dáil], the Seanad shall meet at 2.00 p.m. on Monday, 10th December, 2018, to consider Committee Stage of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Bill 2018 [Dáil] and, unless otherwise ordered, the following arrangements shall apply in relation to that day’s sitting:(a) Standing Orders 29 and 30 shall stand suspended;

(b) there shall be no Order of Business.

(c) the proceedings on Committee Stage of the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Bill 2018 [Dáil] shall adjourn at 8.00 p.m, if not previously concluded.”
