I have received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to outline the reasons a promised podiatry post at Cavan General Hospital, sanctioned in April 2012, will not be filled because of the HSE recruitment embargo, given that the post was planned as part of the national foot care programme.
I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to tackle crime in rural areas, especially burglaries.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to outline the current funding position of the community and voluntary fora, the plans the Government has to increase funding for these fora and, in particular, the funding needs of the Waterford City Community Forum.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
