I move amendment No. 12:

In page 10, between lines 8 and 9, to insert the following subsection:

"(3) When designating a specified area under subsection (2) of this section the Minister shall take into account the state of the Irish language in the community living in that area, and he or she shall not specify an area where linguistically dissimilar communities live.".
