The Order of Business is No. 1, Defence (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2009 - All Stages, with Second Stage to be taken at the conclusion of the Order of Business, on which spokespersons may speak for 12 minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes and on which Senators may share time, by agreement of the House, and Committee and Remaining Stages to be taken at the conclusion of Second Stage and to resume at the conclusion of No. 38, if not previously concluded; No. 2, Foreshore and Dumping at Sea Bill 2009 - Order for Second Stage and Second Stage, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 1 but not earlier than 3 p.m. and to conclude not later than 5 p.m., on which spokespersons may speak for 12 minutes and all other Senators for eight minutes and on which Senators may share time, by agreement of the House; and No. 38, Private Members' motion No. 26 re the introduction of a bio-fuel obligation scheme, to be taken at the conclusion of No. 2 but not earlier than 5 p.m. and to conclude not later than 7 p.m. The Business of the House shall be interrupted between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
