I brought up the term "of unsound mind" when we were discussing a Bill relevant to whether a person could run a gun shop. What is unsound mind? Is it somebody who is forgetful? There was no definition of the term. We would be taking away the person's livelihood and we should be very careful when making moral decisions about issues that will have such a serious effect. It may have nothing to do with a person's professional actions.
