Pharmacy Bill 2007: Committee Stage (Resumed) and Remaining Stages

I have certain concerns. It is not unheard of for people to make baseless accusations against professional people, including pharmacists. The problem would be with the complainant. If it were held in public, we would have the old concept of no smoke without fire. It is covered sufficiently and a certain amount of reserved wisdom must apply in this case. I am concerned for any professional person. The merits of each case would have to be studied carefully and the legislation should provide for this.
