Earlier this afternoon, I referred to legal advice the IPU had received regarding the contract negotiations, but I was in error. I am sorry if that caused to distress to the IPU officials in the Visitors Gallery. I do not know how I came to the view the advice was from the IPU's lawyers because it was the legal advice of the PDF, the wholesale group, that brought this to the attention of all concerned.
