I thank the Cathaoirleach for allowing me to raise this issue and for all his courtesy and help throughout the year and I wish everybody a happy Christmas. We should have an opportunity to discuss health issues on a regular basis. The councillors will have the forum, we have the Joint Committee on Health and Children but the Seanad should have an opportunity to discuss health issues. I ask the Leader if we could have sometimes have a question and answer session with the Minister in the House.
