I do not disagree with that point. However, from the point of view of structuring this debate, I ruled that this matter will be discussed and the Minister of State will respond when we discuss the section, which is after the next amendment. I ask Senator O'Toole to respect that decision. It does not obstruct debate in any way or adjudicate on the quality or relevance of the question, but it is not germane to the amendment.
