The tenants have lost confidence in local authorities. We are back to square one in that the whole structure of tenant committees, etc. has fallen asunder. The Minister should consider bringing forward a proper housing document that will be fair to local authority tenants throughout the country. There was no fair play in what the Minister said earlier.
