I thank Ms Banotti. Before I call the next speaker I want to welcome members of Ms Banotti's family who are in the Visitors Gallery. I welcome in particular Ms Banotti's sister, the former Minister for Justice and Deputy for the Dublin North constituency, Mrs. Nora Owen.
