Pat Moylan (Fianna Fail)

I thank and compliment the Leas-Chathaoirleach, Senator Paddy Burke, on bringing the Bill through the House. I thank the Leader, who chaired the sub-committee dealing with the Bill, and all those involved for the speedy manner in which it was dealt with here. It is the second private Bill during my time in the House. I congratulate all concerned and wish the Bill well in the future.
