I thank the Clerk Assistant, Ms Jody Blake, and the staff of the House for the tremendous effort they put into compiling and putting the Bill together so that it would go through the House in an efficient and expeditious manner. I also thank the Leader for her generosity in providing time for the passage of the Bill through the House and for chairing the joint committee of the Houses of the Oireachtas in respect of it.
