Beidh sé leagtha síos sa bplean. Deir sé sna forálacha faoina pleananna go gcaithfear sólathar a dhéanamh do na rudaí seo. Níl sé ciallmhar go bhfuil breitheamh ag déanamh breithiúnais i gcúirt Gaeltachta gan tuiscint aige ar theanga an phobail.

Government amendment No. 5:

In page 16, lines 23 to 26, to delete "parties", unless it is established by the State or, as appropriate, the public body that reasonable notice of the language chosen has not been given" and substitute "party".

Government amendment No. 6:

In page 16, to delete lines 27 to 30, and substitute the following:

(b) if two or more persons (other than the State or a public body) are party to the proceedings and they fail to choose or agree on the official language to be used in the proceedings, the State or, as appropriate, the public body shall use in the proceedings such official language as appears to it to be reasonable, having regard to the circumstances".
