I want to raise the important issue of the OECD report on the incidence of suicide in this country published over the weekend. The shocking statistics indicate that we have the second highest rate of suicide of 30 countries throughout the world and the highest rate among those under 25 years of age, of whom a huge proportion are young men. Will the Leader of the House arrange for the relevant Minister or Ministers – this issue is covered by a number of Departments – to come to this Chamber to discuss the issue?
