Does the Leader believe the €241,000 spent by Ministers on having their photographs taken was good value for money given the potential for the doctoring of photographs which can take place? In light of the constraints on the public purse, does she agree that this is lavish expenditure and that it is not justifiable in any circumstances, whether for good or bad pictures?
