Fan réidh. I will ask for a suspension until 12 noon. Is that agreed?

No. On a point of order, it is a fair disgrace that the main political parties could not have their speakers here to contribute on this very important issue, which is so important to rural Ireland. Shame on them.

It is a shame that the Dáil has to adjourn early today because they would not turn to do their job.

Where were Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael? Where were the Members of Sinn Féin and the Regional Group? They would not come into the Dáil to stand up for the people they are going to be looking for votes off in a couple of weeks.

The debate has concluded and I am asking for the suspension of the House until 12 noon, when we will take Leaders' Questions.
