I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft: (i) Planning and Development (Fees for Certain Applications) Regulations 2023,

(ii) Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. XX) Regulations 2023, and

(iii) Planning and Development (Exempted Development) (No. 4) Regulations 2023, copies of which has been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 23rd June, 2023 and 30th, June, 2023 be referred to the Joint Committee on Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in accordance with Standing Order 95(5), which, not later than 12th July, 2023, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 101, and Standing Order 100(2) shall accordingly apply.
