I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss funding for the N71 road between Bandon and Clonakilty.

Deputy Frankie Feighan - to discuss the recent decision to shelve the further development of the N17 road.

Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss the establishment of a national strategy for haemochromatosis.

Deputy Emer Higgins - to discuss the ongoing shortage of public health nurses in Dublin Mid-West, and the impact on infant developmental checkups.

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the need for secondary legislation to enable local authorities to implement closed circuit television, CCTV, schemes for surveillance of illegal dumping.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the closure of An Post parcel offices in Youghal and Midleton, County Cork.

Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the 19,000 public homes reported as in the pipeline, and the number that have been stalled for more than 12 months.

Deputy Paul Murphy - to discuss a fire at apartment block in Blanchardstown.

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss public transport provision.

Deputy Seán Sherlock - to discuss the need to provide an autistic spectrum disorder, ASD, class for Castletownroche National School, County Cork, for September 2023.

Deputy Mairéad Farrell - to discuss the funding crisis and diminution of service in Domestic Violence Response Galway.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss disabled persons' and associated grants, and the need for local authorities to be better supported.

Deputies Sorca Clarke and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn - to discuss the allocation of funding to schools with a large intake of students from refugee or asylum-seeking families post September.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the ongoing challenges posed to the taxi industry by illegal operators.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the current crime prevention resources available in Mahon, Cork.

Deputies Gino Kenny and Violet-Anne Wynne - to discuss the medical cannabis access programme.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss the European Cancer Pulse project and Ireland’s delays in getting access to new cancer medicines.

The matters raised by Deputies Emer Higgins, Pat Buckley and Frankie Feighan have been selected for discussion.
