There is no point of order, Deputy.

On a point of clarification-----
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

There is no point of clarification.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

There is, because the record has to be corrected.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

Then the Deputy can take it up with the Ceann Comhairle.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

I certainly will be taking it up with the Ceann Comhairle. This is a very serious matter where a Deputy can be accused-----
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

Deputy, resume your seat.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

I certainly will be taking it up with the Ceann Comhairle, and at the highest level-----
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

Resume your seat, please.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

The Leas-Cheann Comhairle-----
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

I am very annoyed about it. It is only fair that she be corrected and if she corrects it, is over and done with. We all make mistakes and I accept that.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

The Deputy has continued and I am now on my feet. I rarely do that.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
Sorry.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)

The Minister of State has behaved recklessly.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
Please, this is the last time. I will suspend the Dáil again. I rarely stand on my feet. This is not acceptable behaviour. I allowed a point of clarification.
Michael Collins (Cork South West, Independent)

I could not get it.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
That is enough. If the Deputy has any difficulty with that he can take it further and make whatever complaint he likes. I am now continuing-----
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)

No, this is not good enough
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
You are out of order.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
Quite simply, the reason it is not good enough is because a Government Minister spoke here-----
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
You are completely and utterly out of order. Resume your seat.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
The person who was out order was a Government Minister who behaved recklessly by using private information on the record of the Dáil. It is absolutely quite disgraceful what she has done.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

You are leaving me no choice.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)

The Minister of State is a disgrace and she should come in here and apologise to Deputy Collins for what she has done here today.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
Deputy, resume your seat, please.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)
Link to this: Individually | In context | Oireachtas source
She used private information and she disclosed private information on the floor of the House.
Catherine Connolly (Galway West, Independent)

I am now suspending the Dáil once again because of disgraceful behaviour that is unacceptable. It is now nearly 5 p.m. I am suspending the Dáil.
Michael Healy-Rae (Kerry, Independent)

The Minister of State should apologise.
