I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the pay and conditions of the emergency services.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the need for a state-of-the-art sports facility in Alfie Byrne Park.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the declining numbers of dentists participating in the dental treatment service scheme.

Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss the understaffing of the National Building Control Office and its implications for maintenance and enforcement of building standards and product surveillance.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the closure of Owenacurra mental health unit.

Deputy Steven Matthews - to discuss the need for increased enforcement of traffic violations, including parking in cycle lanes and on paths.

Deputy Louise O'Reilly - to discuss the need to protect workers from technological surveillance

Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss the recently released review of the sports capital programme.

The matters raised by Deputies Louise O'Reilly, Jennifer Murnane O'Connor and Gary Gannon have been selected for discussion.
