Before Leaders’ Questions, I ask Members to join me in extending a very warm céad míle fáilte to our Malawian counterparts, Her Excellency Ms Catherine Gotani Hara, Speaker of the National Assembly of Malawi, who has joined us in the Distinguished Visitors Gallery. Speaker Gotani Hara is leading a delegation of members of the Parliamentary Service Commission from the Parliament of Malawi on a benchmarking visit to the Houses of the Oireachtas. We welcome the group and hope their visit is a fruitful one. Great work is being done to build up the parliamentary system in Malawi.
