I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss Government's role under the Broadcasting Act 2009 in protecting our national cultural and sporting events.

Deputy Thomas Pringle -to discuss the implementation of the recommendations of the Brandon report.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss when the new elective hospital in Cork will go to tender and when construction will begin.

Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the situation facing a group of nurses, mainly from India, working as healthcare assistants under a work permit scheme.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the funding allocation for west Cork national, regional and local roads.

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the need for secondary legislation to enable local authorities to implement CCTV surveillance of illegal dumping.

Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the need to address delays in the processing of passports.

Deputy Rose Conway-Walsh - to discuss issues with the new agri-climate rural environmental scheme, ACRES, including the impact of turf cutting on eligibility and payments for farmers.

Deputy Mattie McGrath - to discuss funding for an independent walkway at Ardfinnan Bridge, Tipperary.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the eligibility criteria for the pandemic bonus payment, and the reasons some sectors working on the front line have been unable to access the payment.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the need for a state-of-the-art sports facility in Alfie Byrne Park.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the failure to bring forward promised proposals to address the recruitment and retention crisis in the retained fire service.

Deputy Paul Donnelly - to discuss the rights and entitlements of migrant nurses working and living in Ireland, and those hoping to do so.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to provide a second-level school transport service for next September for at least 50 children travelling from Cobh to Carrigtwohill, County Cork.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss EU proposals on land restoration and re-wetting and its potential impact on Irish farmers.

Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss the situation facing a group of nurses, mainly from India, working as healthcare assistants under a work permit scheme.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the declining numbers of dentists partaking in the dental treatment service scheme.

Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the ongoing review of the rural social scheme.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the closure of Owenacurra mental health unit.

Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss the situation facing residents at Beaumont Residential Care.

Deputy Robert Troy - to discuss staffing of the new MRI unit at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar.

Deputy Pauline Tully - to discuss the publication date for the implementation plan of the National Housing Strategy for Disabled People.
