I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Gary Gannon - To discuss the construction of a new school building for Gaelscoil Choláiste Mhuire, Parnell Square, Dublin 1.

Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - To ask for an update on the HSE review of access to medication for sufferers of hyperemesis.

Deputy Colm Burke - To discuss the provision of funding to employ a full-time physiotherapist in each of the 9 HSE CHO areas, directly employed by MS Ireland.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - To discuss whether the ongoing school transport review will facilitate children in September 2023 who cannot gain access to their nearest or second-nearest school.

Deputy Bernard Durkan - To discuss the extent to which children’s welfare and well-being is protected by Tusla in all situations in family law.

The matters raised by Deputies Bernard Durkan, Gary Gannon, Colm Burke and Jennifer Whitmore have been selected for discussion
