Before we proceed with a financial resolution related to the Finance Bill 2023, I call on the Government Chief Whip who has a proposal to make.

It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or yesterday's Order of Business, that the motion on the financial resolution for the Finance Bill 2023 be taken now without debate and that the weekly division time be taken on the conclusion of the motion.
