I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Cathal Crowe - to discuss the transfer of Shannon Heritage sites to Clare County Council.

Deputy Kathleen Funchion - to discuss a decision to remove access to a national educational psychological service, NEPS, psychologist support for students and teachers at [details

supplied].

Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh - to discuss the need for immediate action to end uninterrupted and open drug-dealing in [details supplied].

Deputy Jennifer Whitmore - to discuss an update on the new school build for Greystones Community College.

Deputy Marc MacSharry - to discuss the purchase of large parcels of land by foreign investment funds in Ireland and Coillte's role in pursuing our forestry targets.

Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the Government's response to gender-based violence.

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss changes for benefit-in-kind on company cars introduced in January 2023.

Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss using the retained fire services as first responders in east Cork in particular Cobh.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the wait times for driving tests at the Skibbereen driving test centre.

Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss the Minister's amendments to the Wildlife Amendment Bill 2016.

Deputies Sorca Clarke, Martin Kenny, Brian Stanley - to discuss the provision of out-of-hours doctors' services in the midlands and north west.

Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss engagement with Rehab Group regarding redundancy payments for the former workers of Rehab Logistics.

Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss the number of affordable purchase and affordable rental homes delivered and occupied in 2022.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the issue of emergency medical cards.
