I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the current progress and eventual timeline for the provision of grant support for a library (details supplied).

Deputy Jennifer Carroll MacNeill - to discuss extra funding for domestic, sexual and gender-based violence, DSGBV, service providers announced on 21 November.

Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the specials needs assistant, SNA, allocation for a national school (details supplied).

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss parental alienation and family law cases.

Deputy Seán Crowe - to discuss the need for a school bus service from Tallaght to Ballyowen Meadows Special School, Loughlinstown.

Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss incorporating the suitability test into the national car test, NCT, for small public service vehicles, SPSVs.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss section 39 funding for the Circle Of Friends Cancer Support Centre in Tipperary town.

Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the automatic removal of a name on a social housing lease for those with a barring order due to domestic violence.

Deputy Michael Lowry - to discuss structures for a children's palliative care service throughout south Tipperary and the south east.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss conducting a review of the Control of Dogs Acts in light of recent events.

Deputies Aengus Ó Snodaigh and Claire Kerrane - to discuss employment-related concerns of community employment, CE, supervisors.

Deputies Darren O'Rourke, Johnny Guirke, Ged Nash and Fergus O'Dowd - to discuss risks associated with the plan to bypass Navan accident and emergency from 12 December and to divert patients to Drogheda.

Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss the increase in housing developments in Dublin exempted from the Part V social housing obligation.

Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss the Western Care Association, funding and the provision of care to Mayo service users.

Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to highlight the non-availability of homeless accommodation in Killarney.

Deputy David Stanton - to discuss compensation for houses and businesses due to the impact of a boil water notice in Whitegate, County Cork.

The matters raised by Deputies Michael Lowry, Ged Nash, Fergus O'Dowd, Darren O'Rourke, Johnny Guirke, Christopher O'Sullivan and Jennifer Carroll MacNeill have been selected for discussion.
