I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves, under Article 29.5.2° of the Constitution, the terms of the Comprehensive Agreement in the field of Air Transport between the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, of the one part, and the European Union and its Member States, of the other part, a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 7th November, 2022.
