I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the ongoing mistreatment of mothers engaged in custody issues.
Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the pressing need for a bus service for young adults with disabilities in Beara, County Cork.
Deputy Aodhán Ó Ríordáin - to discuss the need for an inquiry into abuse at Blackrock College and other private schools.
Deputy Sean Sherlock - to discuss ensuring District and Family Court proceedings be retained in Mallow.
Deputy Joe McHugh - to discuss an update on the A5 and Lifford-Letterkenny, twin towns TEN-T road projects.
Deputy Marian Harkin - to discuss an alternative location for the delivery of day hospital and day services that were previously delivered in St. Patrick’s Community Hospital in Carrick-on-Shannon.
Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss the funding difficulties being experienced by dog welfare organisations, including PAWS animal rescue in Tipperary.
Deputy Alan Dillon - to discuss home help hours.
Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the full reopening of Shannondoc services in Thurles, County Tipperary, to operate out of the new primary healthcare centre in Thurles.
Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív - to discuss concerns about the proposed funding for the LEADER programme in Galway for 2023 to 2027 and the lack of a dedicated island LEADER subgroup for the offshore islands.
Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss a special needs assistant, SNA, allocation for Innishannon National School.
Deputy Brendan Griffin - to discuss the future use of the former Sara Lee factory in Killarney as a further educational facility.
Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss what plans are in place to address the ongoing issues of capacity and staffing at University Hospital Limerick.
Deputy Danny Healy-Rae - to discuss the situation in Kerry over accommodation for a person with intellectual disability for residential care.
Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the ongoing boil water notices in east Cork.
The matters raised by Deputies Maurice Quinlivan, Holly Cairns, Sean Sherlock and Joe McHugh have been selected for discussion.
