I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss plans to change the model of contracts for services between the Departments of Social Protection and Health, and dentists.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the public use of the swimming pool in Garda Síochána College, Templemore.

Deputy Denis Naughten - to discuss the need for children with a rare genetic disorder to access assistive technology in the classroom.

Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss a redress scheme for homeowners and tenants with Celtic tiger-era defects, including interim emergency measures.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss the activities of the Office of the Planning Regulator and various county and city development plans.

Deputy Chris Andrews - to discuss increasing exemptions from Part V social housing obligations in Dublin city.

Deputy Dessie Ellis - to discuss further funding for restoration and conservation work on the historic St. Canice’s cemetery in Finglas.

Deputy Martin Browne - to discuss stone-built cottages and farmhouses and qualification for the retrofit scheme.

Deputies Réada Cronin and Darren O'Rourke - to discuss the #wheresmylevy campaign and student facilities at Maynooth University.

Deputy Brian Leddin - to discuss rail freight development in Ireland and on the Limerick-to-Foynes railway line.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the rights of children in family law cases.
