I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:
Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the budget allocated for the provision of a domestic violence refuge accommodation centre in Laois.
Deputy Gino Kenny - to discuss issues in relation to the diagnosis of endometriosis.
Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss fuel subsidy for the fishing sector with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss the public use of the swimming pool in the Garda Síochána College, Templemore.
Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss the model of contracts for services between the Departments of Social Protection and Health, and dentists in Ireland.
Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss the lack of special school places at second level in Cork.
Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings.
Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the results of the Environmental Protection Agency, EPA, report on urban wastewater treatment in 2021 and water quality.
Deputy Marian Harkin - to discuss increasing the temporary business energy support scheme to highly energy dependent SMEs.
Deputy Pa Daly - to discuss the audit of Kerry child and adolescent mental health services, CAMHS.
Deputy Eoin Ó Broin - to discuss the defective building redress scheme, including interim and emergency measures for those with unsafe homes.
Deputy Kieran O'Donnell - to discuss the eligibility criteria for fuel allowance.
Deputy David Stanton - to discuss the need to begin recruitment for the Garda Reserve.
Deputy Pat Buckley - to discuss the need for more regular inspections of housing assistant payment properties.
Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss capacity and staffing issues at University Hospital Limerick.
The matters raised by Deputies Pa Daly, Holly Cairns and Brian Stanley have been selected for discussion.
