I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case:

Deputy Brian Stanley - to discuss the budget allocated for the provision of a domestic violence refuge accommodation centre in Laois.

Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss the activities of the Office of the Planning Regulator within various county and city development plans.

Deputy Jackie Cahill - to discuss flooding issues in Thurles and the inadequate wastewater treatment and flood relief infrastructure in the town.

Deputy Gary Gannon - to discuss the RTÉ "Prime Time" documentary on O'Connell Street and the city of Dublin.

Deputy Bernard J. Durkan - to discuss the protection of the rights of the child in the course of any legal proceedings.

Deputy Michael McNamara - to discuss why all agricultural cargo coming in to Dublin for Shannon Airport is cleared and inspected in Dublin.

Deputy Joe Flaherty - to discuss the challenges facing the children's disability network team, CDNT, in County Longford.

Deputy Joan Collins - to discuss the misclassification of self-employed workers in RTÉ.

The matters raised by Deputies Michael McNamara, Gary Gannon and Joan Collins have been selected for discussion.
